My Go-To Smoothie Recipe

 

Most smoothie recipes the sugar content is so high and I find my patients are starving an hour later. I love this recipe by Kelly Leveque. Her smoothies include her fab 4 which is fat, protein, fiber and greens.


Ingredients 

1 Serving vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp Coconut Oil

1 tbsp Chia Seed

Coconut Meat

Nut Milk

Shredded Coconut (to top)

Directions 

Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
